LEADING

Do you find leading your team is a struggle?
Has leading become something that just needs to be done,
rather than something you enjoy?
Do you feel a gap between yourself and the people you lead?
Do you believe you have to do all the hard work yourself to get results?

Egil Winje Nybak is a Norwegian executive, who has led teams through transformations and megaprojects for decades. Currently leading the world’s first big scale bio-energy carbon capture and storage (BECCS) initiative with Stockholm Exergi, Egil is driven by making big differences to people, teams and climate.

LEADING makes the case that first we are human, then leaders. Drawing on real leadership stories, it provides frameworks and fundamentals for leading and the critical capabilities needed
to make leaders effective.

LEADING reminds the leader that leading is not easy, but it doesn’t need to be hard. It offers inspiration for reconnecting with themselves and their team, rediscovering the excitement of leading, and achieving better results with less effort. Its promise is joy and fulfillment.
